Below are two font styles. : Font #1 and Font #2. In the Order form below choose one font per tumbler purchased. Note: the font will be placed in the designated area of the tumbler you choose as shown above. Please select a font for each tumbler you purchase.
Order Form Steps
Step 1: Fill out the Order Form questionnaire.
Quantity: How many tumblers are you purchasing?
Step 2. Choose a tumbler above for each tumbler you purchase 1, 2 , 3, or 4.
Step 3: Choose a font above note one font for each tumbler.
Step 4: Name of the player or parent you want to be personalized on the tumbler and/or jersey number.
*Note: Placement is according to the tumbler you chose.
Step 5: Select “Send,” on the Order Form so that Forward Arrow Design may start your order.
Step 6: Select Payment below. You will be directed to a Square Checkout account.
Note: The order will begin as soon as payment is excepted. A Graphic Design Imagineer from Forward Arrow Designs will be in touch to let you know they received payment, as well as a mock-up of your tumbler will be sent via email to confirm .
